The ideal candidate in this role will be able to successfully oversee and ensure smooth and efficient operating practices, self-driven, organized, can handle pressure/deadline heavy tasks, not afraid to step outside of comfort zone, and thrives in a fast-paced adaptable environment.

This position will report directly to the Repair Project Manager and assist with all aspects of the repair division. This position will also be cross trained on the water mitigation side so they can assist during business need. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally with adjusters, customers, and colleagues
  •  Meet with clients to select materials for job sites
  •  Manage change orders for jobs, tracking signatures, need for order, and approvals
  • Manage multiple tasks, shift priorities & demands based on business workload
  • Notify customers of service call status, the scope of work, necessary paperwork, and track quality assurance throughout the job itself.
  • Assist in the writing of estimates to verify accuracy and or identify deficiencies.
  • Perform demo, installation, and repair field work as needed throughout job phase.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with other leadership. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
  • Establish and maintain an effective schedule to ensure services are provided in a timely manner.
  • Have a clear understanding and maintain job documentation to guarantee accurate and complete files and electronic notes
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  •  Frequent job site inspections for quality control of sub-contractor work product.
  • Work in the field to support emergency services when needed
  • Perform other duties as needed including field work

 

Requirements & Skills: 

  • Project and personnel management experience preferred
  • Not afraid of learning new systems, applications and programs
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves & get dirty
  • Empathy, Friendly, and a positive can-do attitude
  • Valid Driver's License with safe driving record
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check.
  • Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel to other locations.
  • Comfortable with being on call to meet business demand.
