Rainbow Restoration of Miami Lakes is seeking a Bilingual Business Development Representative (English/Spanish) to generate restoration opportunities through direct outreach to plumbers, property managers, and local referral partners.

This role is focused on opening doors, starting conversations, and creating immediate referral opportunities for water damage and property restoration work across South Florida.

This is a performance-driven role suited for someone comfortable with outbound calls, follow-ups, and in-person or phone-based outreach in both English and Spanish.

Core Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact plumbers, HVAC companies, property managers, and local businesses
  • Introduce Rainbow Restoration of Miami Lakes as a reliable overflow and emergency response option
  • Build and maintain a short list of active referral contacts
  • Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email
  • Track outreach activity and referral conversations
  • Coordinate with operations when referrals turn into live opportunities

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken clearly and professionally)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and property managers
  • Organized, persistent, and self-motivated
  • Reliable transportation and phone access
  • Willingness to be accountable to activity metrics

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in restoration, construction, plumbing, or property services
  • Prior B2B sales or business development experience
  • Familiarity with local service markets

Compensation Structure

  • Base + performance incentives or commission-based (depending on candidate)
  • Incentives tied to qualified referrals and booked jobs
  • No capped upside for performers

Important Note

This role requires daily outbound outreach in both English and Spanish. If you are not comfortable initiating conversations consistently, this role will not be a fit.
