The Manager is expected to create high levels of customer satisfaction, fulfill company’s contractual obligations through timely and profitable delivery of services, work with team to ensure documentation billing and standards are maintained, coordinate daily schedules for operations dispatch services, manage mitigation teams’ performance and overall job completion of services, and train upcoming leaders of the Rainbow team.

Duties & Responsibilities: 

A Project Manager is a key component of our team providing restoration services to our customers. As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do:

  • Establish and maintain a service schedule to ensure all services are delivered to meet client demand within profit margins.
  • Perform inspections and manage scope of work on job sites before, during, and after work performed.
  • Promptly respond to all communications related to customer requests, business demand, and job status updates
  • Ensure that all dispatched jobs are answered in a timely manner.
  • Write and audit estimates
  • Oversee all job files to ensure approval has been received from insurance companies and customers along with accurately documenting and completing notes.
  • Responsible for communicating a clear understanding of goals to all appropriate parties.
  • Work with management to develop a business plan to generate prospective customers and training to meet the projected goals.
  • Responsible for maintaining reports and providing any pertinent information including issues/challenges to supervisor.
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities for division 
  • Perform on the job training with technicians and advise on correct processes and procedures
  • Oversee job sites to ensure accurate performance and delivery of IICRC and Rainbow processes
  • Ensure job sites comply with all OSHA standards including but not limited to assigned teams wearing PPE and following hazardous waste handling guidelines
  • Maintain assigned job documentation to ensure complete and accurate information is present 
  • Assist in writing estimates, job scopes, auditing, and other essential documentation regarding projects assigned
  • Work alongside leadership in the development and strategic planning of department
  • Communicate effectively and build rapport with customers, adjusters, and other business collaborators
  • Work alongside technicians performing all functions of the floor cleaning process 
  • Respond and perform all restoration, remediation, damage, and sanitary cleaning jobs according to IICRC standards and Rainbow processes
  • Perform other duties as needed

Requirements & Skills:

  • 3+yrs. of mitigation/disaster response field, specifically carpet and upholstry cleaning.
  • IICRC Certified preferred
  • Xactimate/MICA/Symbility/Alacrity/T&M experience a plus.
  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves & get dirty
  • Empathy, Friendly, and a positive can-do attitude
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds
  • Comfortable with walking/standing for long periods of time, working at elevated heights, and working in restricted spaces while wearing PPE
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
  • Comfortable with working in restricted spacing such as crawl or attic space.
  • Ability to pass a drug test & extensive background screening
  • Available for full time role with overtime, on-call rotations, and state-wide traveling
