Commercial Sales Representative

Rainbow Restoration has served the Upstate of South Carolina for over 27 years and is one of the region's leading restoration companies. We work with commercial property managers, multifamily communities, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, insurance professionals, and business owners to help them prepare for and recover from property damage. We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, earning trust, and growing long-term accounts in our local market. This is a local territory with no extensive travel.

What Success Looks Like

•   Develop new commercial relationships throughout the Upstate

•   Become a trusted resource for property managers, facility managers, insurance professionals, and business owners

•   Generate qualified opportunities that turn into long-term customer relationships

•   Maintain regular contact with existing accounts while developing new business

•   Represent Rainbow Restoration professionally in the community

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and creating new business opportunities. Commercial sales experience, ideally with a service-based business, is what matters most. Experience in restoration, construction, facility services, or commercial property management is helpful but not required.

•   Comfortable building relationships with business owners and decision-makers

•   Self-starter who can manage a territory independently
