Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative

You’ll be a key component of our team responsible for creating systems, implementing procedures, reporting daily and weekly updates, and auditing data. As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do:

 

·      Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and compassionate intake experience

·      Gather, verify, and input information, project details, and insurance data into company systems

·      Coordinate with internal department to schedule assessments and services, ensuring timely communication

·      Resolve client inquiries or escalate issues as needed to appropriate departments

·      Regularly review and audit data entries for accuracy, consistency, and completeness in company software systems

·      Implement and maintain data validation processes to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations

·      Collaborate with team members to identify and correct data discrepancies or errors

·      Generate and distribute accurate reports to support decision making and operational efficiency

·      Assist in developing and refining workflows to improve data quality and integrity

·      Assist in the postings of professional social media postings on various platforms

Job Requirements for the Customer Service Representative

Here are the minimum requirements to be considered for this job.

• Must have a valid driver’s license.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.

• Must have computer/software skills

• Must have organizational and planning skills

• Must be a team player/builder

• Must be comfortable with using various social media platforms and posting content

• Must be available to work after hours, and on rotation for emergency calls

Compensation

Hourly pay for this part-time position ranges from $16 - $18/hour
