Journeyman - Construction

As a Construction Journeyman, you will play a vital role in our remodeling projects, ensuring their successful completion from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Reading blueprints, job scopes, and specifications to understand project requirements.
• Coordinating with clients to ensure clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project.
• Supervising subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines.
• Performing demolition work safely and efficiently.
• Completing drywall tape and texture tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Painting surfaces to achieve desired finish and appearance.
• Undertaking various other remodeling tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Journeyman or similar role.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and job scopes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and team coordination.
• Ability to supervise subcontractors effectively.
• Proficient in demolition, drywall tape and texture, painting, and other remodeling tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or training in construction-related fields.
• Prior experience in residential or commercial remodeling projects.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.
