Lead Water Mitigation Technician

Rainbow Restoration has an immediate opening for an experienced Lead Water Mitigation Technician. Our water division requires our technicians to work closely with plumbers, insurance agents, and homeowners to mitigate water damages and restore peace of mind to our customers.

Pay Range: $50,000 – $60,000 (Based on experience)

What You’ll Do

Utilize advanced skills and equipment to mitigate water-damaged environments.
Perform water restoration and non-complex service work in both commercial and residential settings.
Coordinate with insurance adjusters and homeowners to ensure a seamless restoration process.
Operate with safety as the primary concern for yourself, your team, and the customer.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on water mitigation experience.
Software: Knowledge and understanding of Xactimate/Xactware software is a major plus.
Professionalism: A professional appearance and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Drive: A team player who is equally comfortable working independently and has a desire to learn from the best in the industry.
