Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager
You’ll be a key component of our team leading a team to provide restoration services to our customers. As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do:
- Lead field operations for water and mold mitigation projects
- Own project execution -- estimates, schedules, budgets, and team coordination
- Communicate with property managers, adjusters, and clients
- Ensure complete documentation (photos, notes, accurate moisture readings, equipment usages, contracts, etc.)
- Monitor KPIs: sales goals, GP margins, customer satisfaction, and timelines
How to be Successful as a Project Manager
- 3+ years of experience managing restoration or construction projects
- Strong estimating, project management, and team leadership skills
- Knowledge of Xactimate, Dash, Encircle, or similar platforms (preferred)
- A customer-first mindset and action oriented
- A passion for doing what's right -- even when no one is watching
Your success as a Project Manager is entirely within your control.
We won’t sugarcoat it; this can be a tough job. You’ll often work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other rooms in a home that are contaminated due to water or mold or other damage. You can’t be afraid to get dirty.

Job Requirements for the Project Manager
Here are the minimum requirements to be considered for this job.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- 3 - 5 years of experience in construction, mitigation, or restoration project management
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong knowledge of building construction, restoration practices, and drying techniques
- Proficiency in job costings and budgeting
- Experience with Xactimate, Dash, Encircle, or similar platforms (preferred)
- Strong organizations, written, and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in disaster-affected properties (mold, water, fire, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple jobs under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be available to work after hours, and on rotation for emergency calls
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
- Must be able to wear respiratory equipment and PPE
