What will I do?

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will focus on restoration & structure sales. You will lead new client development, networking, & door knocking. Customers will include homeowners, insurance agents, townhome associations, and business managers. You will work with your customer’s insurance company through the approval process. Once the claim is approved, you will coordinate project design and materials with your customer, ensuring every part of the process is completed accurately and in a timely manner. By working with insurance agents, providing a multitude of materials for home owners to choose from, and expert installers to complete their restorations, this allows us to provide customers with the satisfaction expected.

What qualifications do I need?

Experience in outside sales, insurance claims, and door to door canvassing can be extremely beneficial, but it is not required. If you are willing to learn, take action, and are self-motivated, we provide the training and support for you to have a successful career in sales and insurance restoration.

· Experience: Sales - minimum of 3-5 year (preferred)

· Strong interpersonal skills - verbal and written.

· High achieving, self-motivated and aptitude to learn quickly.

· Self-motivated and works with a high degree of ownership.

· Organized and task oriented

· Strong social/people skills emphasizing on customer service

· Capable of working in a fast-paced, team environment

How will I do it?

The level of training is based on current experience. Our comprehensive sales training program, for those new to the industry, is one of the reasons our representatives have industry leading earnings.

· Have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

· Ability to learn and efficiently operate sales CRM and MS Office software

· Focus on insurance restoration

· Meet with community homeowners and property managers who have been affected by storm damage, make them aware of the situation, and, assist them in getting proper repairs through knowledge and training in the insurance process

· Maintain customer relationship management, lead tracking software, and update client information daily

· Bring a positive attitude, self-motivation, and an eagerness to learn

Rainbow Restoration is fully certified by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification. The IICRC has served as the industry guardian for inspection, restoration and cleaning services for over 30 years.

What Compensation and Benefits can I expect to receive?

· Base: $40,000- $50,000 / Year Plus Commission

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
