Duties & Responsibilities:
* Ability to manage a small or large team safely and effectively mitigate damages
* Commitment to excellent customer service, attention to detail and technical knowledge regarding role
* Provide proficient performance in water restoration and mold remediation according to IICRC standards and Rainbow processes
* Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
* Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers
* Perform scope of work, moisture mapping, photos, and any necessary paperwork for job
* Inventory and load vehicle with equipment, products, & supplies needed for each project
* Prepare rooms/areas for job activities. Set up staging area/containment and equipment for each project.
* Leave job sites with a clean and orderly appearance
* Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.
Requirements & Skills:
* Direct restoration experience required
* IICRC certification(s) such as WRT, ASD, AMRT
* Not afraid to roll up your sleeves & get dirty
* Empathy, Friendly, and a positive can-do attitude
* Eagerness to learn and grow within the Restoration Industry
* Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
* Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds
* Comfortable with walking/standing for long periods of time, working at elevated heights, and working in restricted spaces while wearing PPE
* Ability to pass a drug test & extensive background screening
* Available for full time role with overtime, on-call rotations, and state-wide traveling
