Your Responsibilities as a Restoration Technician

You’ll be a key component of our team leading a team to provide restoration services to our customers. As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do:

  • Assessing damage
  • Mitigating water
  • Removing debris
  • Cleaning and sanitizing
  • Packing and restoring contents
  • Manage safety protocols and industry standards
  • Documentation writing job scopes


How to be Successful as a Restoration Technician

Your success as a Restoration Technician requires you to determine the scope of the restoration project, including what needs to be salvaged, repaired, or replaced. 

We won’t sugarcoat it; this can be a tough job. You’ll often be in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and other rooms in a home that are contaminated due to fire or flood or other damage. You can’t be afraid to get dirty.


You’ll be a great fit to grow in this role if:

You must comfortable guiding specialists, contractors, and subcontractors. You’ll be working with the best teams during reconstruction projects to ensure properties are restored. Communication is everything.


Job Requirements for the Project Manager

Here are the minimum requirements to be considered for this job.

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • The ability to pick up and maneuver 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of restoration services (fire, water, mold) is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Xactimate, DASH/Fusion, and Microsoft products) is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour with on-call bonuses and overtime available.
