Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager-Reconstruction
You’ll be a key component of our team leading a team to provide restoration services to our customers. As you grow in experience, here are some of the things you will do:
* Oversee construction projects from beginning to end
* Establish and maintain a service schedule to ensure all service is delivered to meet customer requirements
* Manage detailed budget sheets, materials, and labor costs accordingly
* Determine the necessary equipment, materials and manpower needed
* Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and picked up/delivered according to schedule
* Give daily reports regarding job status
* Resolve any problems that may arise
* Collaborate with subcontractors and key team members of the project team
* Ensure all deadlines are met
* Communicate with customers throughout restoration process
* Inspect job sites frequently to verify the scope of work is being performed correctly, that it meets the projected timeline and that it complies with Rainbow Restoration standards

Job Requirements for the Project Manager - Reconstruction
Here are the minimum requirements to be considered for this job.
* Extensive previous work experience in both construction and insurance claims
* Highly organized
* Previous experience in a leadership role with strong and proven leadership skill
* Ability to plan ahead
* Conflict resolution and conflict management experience
* Excellent time management ability
* Ability to multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties
* Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities, including negotiation skills
* Must have a valid driver’s license.
* Must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
* Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
* Clean Background check
* Good Driving record
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000
