Project Manager Responsibilities
- Perform water, fire, and mold damage inspections following IICRC guidelines.
- Communicate with property owners, showing empathy for their loss.
- Provide a detailed explanation of damages to restoration crews, customers, and insurance carriers.
- Maintain efficient and accurate flow of job documents, notes, photos, and videos into project files.
- Train and educate crew members, share best practices, and promote job site efficiency.

Minimum Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must have a high school diploma/GED equivalent.
- Must have a minimum of three (3) years managing construction or restoration projects.
- After-hours work is required from time to time.
