Rainbow Restoration is seeking a Restoration Sales Professional/ Team Lead for our Columbus, OH division. 

You will provide restoration sales & service at a high level while also serving as the acting Team Lead, ensuring both job performance and team accountability. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Service Delivery  

  • Perform site visits and sales of restoration services 
  • Ongoing communication with plumbing team to secure potential job inspections 
  • Accurately scope, document, and complete sales intake process 
  • Be proficient at Rainbow/other software (Mitigate, Xactimate, Fusion, Service Titan) 
  • Generate estimates and manage invoicing 

Team Leadership

  • Act as daily point of contact for Service Professionals 
  • Lead daily huddles, job assignments, and weekly check-ins 
  • Provide coaching and mentoring 
  • Support onboarding and training 
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs 
  • Report issues and trends to Regional Director 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 

  • Service Excellence: job completion quality, customer satisfaction, callbacks 
  • Operational Efficiency: jobs completed on time, accurate documentation 
  • Leadership Impact: team adherence to process, engagement, training 
  • Financial Contribution: conversion %, job average, van total, upsells 

Core Competencies: 

  • Leadership Ability: guides others without formal authority 
  • Problem Solving: makes sound decisions under pressure 
  • Communication: provides clear instructions and feedback 
  • Accountability: holds self and team to high standards 
  • Adaptability: balances service duties with leadership tasks 

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years in restoration/service industry (Rainbow/Neighborly preferred) 
  • Experience mentoring or coaching peers 
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills 
  •  IICRC certifications preferred 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
