What You’ll Do

  • Perform water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration services
  • Set up drying equipment and monitor restoration projects
  • Perform demolition and cleanup work as needed
  • Document jobs with photos, notes, and moisture readings
  • Maintain equipment and company vehicles
  • Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
  • Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE

What We’re Looking For

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Comfortable working in challenging environments including basements, crawl spaces, and attics
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces
  • Ability to wear respirators and PPE
  • Availability for after-hours emergency rotation as needed
