As a Sales and Marketing Associate in our company, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting our services to individuals and businesses affected by

water and fire damage. This position requires a combination of excellent communication skills, technical knowledge of mitigation processes, basics of residential and commercial construction, along with a strong customer-focused



Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition:

  • Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients and their needs related to water and fire damage mitigation.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Understand the unique needs of clients and recommend appropriate water and fire mitigation solutions.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our services, pricing, and timelines.
  • Completing commercial pre-response plans with business and commercial property owners.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate the extent of damage and tailor solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Promote brand awareness by attending local networking events.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that proposed solutions align with the company's capabilities.


Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, insurance professionals, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to effectively communicate with clients.


Collaboration with Operations:

  • Work closely with the operations team to coordinate and schedule mitigation projects.
  • Provide clear and detailed project requirements to ensure successful execution.
  • Work closely with General Manager/owner to develop strategies and plans to deliver the desired message.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and contribute to sales forecasting.


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the water and fire mitigation or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of water and fire damage mitigation processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site assessments and client meetings
  • Maintain a professional appearance.


A high school diploma is required, and a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
