Duties & Responsibilities: 

•Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained to be available at all times.

•Responsible for fleet maintenance including scheduling needed services, monitoring usage, safety checks, and inspections.

•Responsible for the overall inventory upkeep, organization, and storage efficiency within warehouse.

•Maintain a clean and safe warehouse.

•Operate forklift in warehouse safely and within OSHA guidelines

•Responsible for equipment maintenance including supply orders and inventory, uniform services, general & janitorial maintenance of facility and all operational materials needed both in office and in the field.

•Assist in loading and unloading equipment and supplies from the vehicle to the work site.

•Assist in clearing the work site by moving furniture and equipment

•Assist in the restoration of residential or commercial structures due to flood, fire, mold & odor issues and to assist in the cleaning of carpet, upholstery, rugs and window treatments as needed.

•Desire to work with your hands.

•Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions.

Requirements & Skills: 

•Experience with operating an industrial Forklift

•Not afraid to roll up your sleeves & get dirty

•Independent role but will in some aspects work on a team

•Empathy, Friendly, and a positive can-do attitude

•Eagerness to learn and grow within the Restoration Industry

•Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

•Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds

•Comfortable with walking/standing for long periods of time, working at elevated heights, and working in restricted spaces while wearing PPE

•Ability to pass a drug test & extensive background screening

•Available for full time role with overtime, on-call rotations, and state-wide traveling
